Hello! I'm Michael, but you can call me Tea Drinker. I'm a British teen hobbyist developer with a passion for Python and backend development. I enjoy creating applications that solve real-world problems and contribute to open-source projects.

I grew up traveling, which has given me a unique perspective on different cultures and ways of life.

My biggest project to date is an open-source Discord bot called Simplex. Simplex is designed to streamline server management tasks and enhance the Discord experience for 500 servers and 85,000 users.

In 2022, I was honored to receive the Silver BETC Award for information technology at 16.

I'm currently studying A levels in Maths, Computer Science, and Physics, with plans to pursue a degree in Computer Science at university. This academic background is helping me build a solid foundation in analytical thinking and technical skills.

Aside from programming, I enjoy reading mystery novels such as Sherlock Holmes, playing chess, sailing and exploring new places. My travels have instilled in me a love for adventure and a curiosity about the world.
